though not free i mean you can use this site for free for one hour. again you need to wait for six hours and then you can use again for one more hour. http://www.gaurdstar.com/subscription/proxy_free.phpi say this is best because it display's pictures in the browsed web site and it even downloads most of the file formats which, as far as i know, other proxy sites won't do.even then you can check them www.webwarper.netwww.browseatwork.com
