Obviously there is something you shouldnt be doing then if you dont want to get caught. the administrators cant do anything with the info, they can't find you, just who supplies your internet

If you are using a work computer - forget it. All e-mails and web use is the property of your company if you are using a work computer. They can and will track you if necessary. I suggest visiting forums while you are not on company time unless you want to risk losing your job. If you are at home, I don't understand why you would want a proxy unless you are visiting sites you are trying to hide. If so - that is a recipe for trouble in your relationship.
