You are either in high school or work in an office, either way it isn't that urgent that you go to websites they have blocked. ANY time someone uses a proxy they find out, so you might get one or two uses out of the proxy before you or others get caught. If you're in school you 'll get suspended and all sorts of crap because it is a violation of a document you signed when you enrolled. If you're in an office they might be nice and warn you, other than that you're going to get fired.
