Is there some tools or programs i can use to change my ip and proxy or in short,

disguise my location??!?
actually im trying to find a way to play warrock from an unsupported region my friend is really obsessed with it and he just moved into an unsupported region. a personal VPN used to solve the problem but now it doesnt, any ideas??
