Is there any way of hiding my proxy without changing it or using an anonymous proxy?

I'm a member of several paid to read sites that have blocked me.This is not because i cheated but due to problems with my isp.In fact one of the webmasters was puzzled why i couldn't access the site.I can't even access my e-gold account.I can use software that changes my i.p but that will cause more problems because i've given the name of my country in my profiles.
