A safe proxy does not exist as you are sending information through another computer before it gets to where it is going, so a safe one does not exist, you need to find one that you TRUST. I myself would not even risk it as they are so easily hacked into nowadays.

i do not use a proxy but am sure no one can steal ur password unless u give it out

Yes there isIt is the proxy you install yourself in a webpage, it is availableSearch for it under“My own proxy” in Yahoo and GoogleBut if you use anther server proxy so you are in beware situation, so It is advisable not to log into any website which needs a password while you are using proxy, it is JUST for surfingGood luck
