Proxy issue?

I'm at work right now and I usually work with different proxies censoring people from certain websites, and I usually end up going onto myspace. However, I keep encountering the same issue, I can sign in and everything, but I'm a blogger, and I can't input my blog, I'm wondering if this is a proxy issue, or if this is a software issue, and if it is a software issue, then would someone be able to tell me a way to be able to download the proper software. Downloading is also forbidden, so yeah... Anyway, if anyone can help me with this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
