Proxies from school?
My school has WatchGuard installed and everyday it's becoming harder to find a working proxy. Any proxies that don't register as proxies on the filter. I've only found a few, so don't go saying they dont exist, becuase I know they do. Additionally, a friend of mine claims he knows a way to manually change the hyperlink so it will unblock itself without using a proxy?

This isn't going to be the answer you are looking for, but I would stay away from using foreign proxies. You have no idea what data that they are recording. For instance, if you are using a foreign proxy, and potentially logging into a secure website, then potentially that foreign Proxy could be recording each bit of data that you transmit. Be Careful!

Sometimes you can successfully establish a VPN to your home computer and then you can use your internet connection to surf the internet. Some computers at my school allow for us to personalize our user accounts. I installed anonymity software which also encrypted my traffic and it was able to bypass the proxy system at the server level no matter how many times they updated. Since the computers have Clean Slate, the program would automatically be deleted. Yes I had to reinstall it every time which only took a couple minutes. However, there was no trace to be found of the program. Depending on what they allow you to do on your computers, you can probably do the same. I cannot encourage you to do the same.
