Need Help bypassing a web filter.?
I am on a public connection at the local library. I have Scrabble Downloaded to my computer and there is an icon on my desktop. What do I have to download to bypass an internet filter? I know you can find a proxy, but that takes you to the URL. How do I use something on my desktop ? By the way, the only reason I need this is because you are not supposed to play games with chats enabled on this system..those are great sites, but I need something that will work with a desktop Icon.. The game is off of ISC.RO, there is no browser on the game once it is opened. How do I sign into that? Is there a downloadable proxy that bypasses anything? Arghh..frustrating. lol

You can still use a proxy server. Look through the connection settings of the game. There ought to be a section for proxy settings somewhere in there. If the game doesn't have chat enabled on it, then it is legal by the library's standards, and a librarian who knows the system can help you. If that's not the case, then what you're doing is against the rules anyway.
