Junk mail filter being bypassed?

I regularly get messages from "Carrie @ TunaRez". I have asked to be unsubscribed, and I have put this name on my junk email filter, yet the messages continue to arrive. How is this sender bypassing my junk email filter? How can I get rid of them once and for all?
