you can search the internet for a proxy. just type the word proxy in the search bar and it will present you with available proxy sites. just select and go.

No I can't, but I have exactly the same problem. They block some sites that are totally fine, its so annoying.

try http://www.linkunblock.com for a web proxyThere is a group http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/nafpl also that you can subscribe and receive daily new proxy sites in case this one is blocked from you
