I have a website and an error occurs 100% of the time on my proxy script ....

...How to resolve ? I have a website and an error occurs 100% of the time on my proxy script. And it says, "XML Parsing Error: no-well formed" Line no. 264, Column no. 15 and which contains

foreach ($ CONFIG [ 'cache _sites' ] as $ domain ) {

The above written line has the error , whats the error and kindly resolve this issue asap
