i had yahoo voice and chatroom,,, aol changed security settings and firewall,...

...need proxy settings it says,why i didn't have firewall settings and a booter got in my computer in yahoo chat..aol changed security settings and got firewall on but now computer says in order for me to get back into yahoo messenger chat i have to have proxy settings configured if i know the numbers,,,,, do not know how to do this,, downloaded servers and port numbers tried all those and still get the same message and cannot get back in.. need help getting past firewall to let yahoo messenger chat be alowed without losing my firewall setting..
