How do you get around a blocked site when proxy servers are blocked, too?

I am staying at a nursing home with my gramma, and the wireless has blocked all social networking, gaming, and video sites (youtube) and wont let me go to a page where I can download stuff. Chatting is blocked, too. I have tried various proxy servers/sites (what is the official name? lol) and they are also blocked. Help?!
