How do I stop being a proxy user?
I have been going to this one web site for months now. Right now my router is being fixed so I am on just a modem. I try to log onto this one particular site and it tells me that I am a proxy user and they do not accept that. HELP!!

The short answer is you can turn off the proxy server. In Firefox, you can do this with Tools->Options->Advanced->Network->Settings, and make sure the option "Direct Connection to the Internet" is selected."In Internet Explorer it is in Internet Options->Connections, and must be set individually for each connection under the Settings button. However, if your ISP requires you to use a proxy server, you'll have to turn it back on or your internet will stop working.
