With Yahoo's free email you can report an item as spam but it goes into the general spam filter and only goes into effect when reported by many people. With the premium version you get your own private trainable spam filter.You can add addresses and domains to the spam list within spam options or create a specific filter in filter options.

Set up your own filters go to options>mail options>filters create and edit filters>type in the name or address you want to block>add.
