This is not an easy task, more than likely you won't be able to do it.First you would have to get a list of all free proxies. Good luck on finding all of that information.Next you have to either install software on the webserver (and you would have to find out if it's a Linux server or a Windows server). If you don't have rights to install software, you would probably have to add some code to your site to do it.
