help with command promp to bypass web filter?

ok i heard from a friend that he knew the first steps to doing this so we went that far and it didnt work so ill give you the first steps and then can you finish?1. Open notepad2. Type command.com 3. save it to the desktop4. go to your desktop5. open it6. opening this will bring up the command promp (which this is the only known way to open it through school)7. (type into command propmt) ping www.myspace.com or what ever it is that you want to axcess know thats all i know to do and some ips come up and then you open your browser with it up and try to go there and its still blocked and you close it it is still blocked know all i need to know is what else to do or if i have a step wrong etc. please i need your help im not using this for myspace even im using that as my example im using this to get my tobacco adds that i need like weekly and alll the sites are blocked and i dont have a printer at home so please help me i will only use this for edication purp.

ok after you do all that you mentioned then, go to the command prompt and type this: ipconfig /displaydns This will show the ipadresses for the website that you want to go to, so if you try going to myspace and its blocked, type the following above then drops down a list of websites that pc has been to and the one you tryed. Use the ip address that you see next to: ARecord. That should direct you to the site, but may not let you login to websites like myspace and such because the filter is made to block ip addresses as well. If this doesn't work try my hidden school's website I found at the bottom of the source.
