My school has blocked almost every website i need a good proxy server

Proxies are an up and down thing. If you want a good HTML based proxy, atunnel.com btunnel.com ctunnel.com...its easier to go manual. go to google and look up "proxy list" find a proxy ip and put it in under tools > internet options > connections > LAN settings
