switch proxy tool(multiple downloads from rapidshare)??????/?

i installed the above add on for firefox.but i don't understand how to use it.if possible suggest some other add on for downloading multiple files from rapidshare at a time and how to use it.
whenever i want to download from rapidsgare it's giving as shown below

how to overcome this?
