in your parental control program you can manually add sitesgo through your ie history and click on the history to opem the sitewhen you find one to add just copy the info in the go bar andpaste it into the parental control add list, but delete the garbage after the dot com.for example I pasted the answers go bar below:http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question...=answer&qidnow I will delete the garbage so that it becomeshttp://au.answers.yahoo.comso anything within that web address is now blocked

Norton Internet Security has a host of features that prevent non-admin users from visiting proxy servers. You may want to give it a try.
