Does CGI proxy use a lot of bandwidth? If so how much?

I am planning on installing CGI proxy on my server. I am projecting that around 300 people will try to connect to my proxy once its up primarilly to access myspace and google. (primarily my friends that cant go anywhere because of blocking filter at my school) My estimates is they will spend an average of 35 minutes each person per day on my proxy. Can someone provide an estimate of how much bandwidth will be used? Thanks

CGI proxies use a very small amount of bandwidth compared to the PHProxy script. They use more server resources, therefore you will need a dedicated or VPS server to run a proxy site.

I guess it really depends on how many times you try to trick people on 'Answers.' It uses a lot of BW if you tell folks that GoogleTV exists but not very much if you are honest...right?
